Prior to his appointment as CEO in July 2024, Mr. Gagnon served as Bitfarms' Chief Mining Officer beginning in 2021, Director of Mining Operations in 2020 and Director of Business Development in 2019. Before joining the Bitfarms team, Mr. Gagnon founded and operated two Bitcoin mining companies, holding roles as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Mining Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

Previously, he served as Managing Director at Mackinac Partners, a US-based national turnaround and restructuring advisory firm, from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as President and CFO of eMagin Corporation (formerly NYSE: EMAN), a manufacturer of micro display products, from 2015 to 2020. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Lucas was CFO and Board Director of Transfreight Group of Companies, a logistics services provider for major vehicle manufacturers. He also held the position of Managing Director at Neptune Advisors, a strategic advisory firm focused on recapitalization and corporate transactions. From 2010 to 2013, he served as CFO of GPX International Tire Corporation, a global manufacturer of industrial tires, from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. Wilson has transacted in excess of 900 MW of power across the U.S. including developing and operating facilities in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, Texas and Nebraska. He is an expert in the deregulated U.S. energy industry, having led the first large scale and market-leading Bitcoin mining demand response program in the deregulated PJM market. His previous senior executive experience includes roles as the Chief Operating Officer for publicly traded Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc., Group Operations Manager for publicly traded EVT Hospitality and Entertainment, and Group Operations Manager for The Whitehouse Group.

Before this, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Luxor Technology, a software and financial services firm focused on Bitcoin mining, from 2021 to 2022, where he established an ASIC trading desk and contributed to the early ideation of the company's hashrate derivates product suites.
Mr. Brammer began his career in the U.S. Army, serving in a number of leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Senior Operations Analyst, and Operations Manager.

As General Manager of Bitfarms' LATAM operations, Mr. Polla oversees the business operations and strategies for the Latin American region. He spent over two decades in the corporate and financial industry in Buenos Aires (BNP Paribas and BEAL) and New York (WestLB, BESI and Haitong Bank), specializing in structured and project finance and restructurings, including project finance transactions in Latin America in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also played an integral role in restructuring a US$500 million+ loan portfolio in Argentina after the 2001-2002 financial crisis and structured and executed renewable energy and public infrastructure project financings in the US and Canada. At Bitfarms, Mr. Polla has been responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Company's four Latin American projects – in Argentina (Rio Cuarto) and Paraguay (Villarica, Paso Pe and Yguazu).
